Our philosophy is to provide our clients in China with the same standards as the ones they are used to in their home country. Climbing is a new activity on the Chinese market. Thus, we have developed our own quality management to make sure that you will be satisfied before, during and after your stay in Qingdao. It consists mainly of the following measures:
-We keep in personal and frequent contact with our partners, may it be those who organize the climbing activities, accommodation partners or travel guides. We all have been working together since a couple of years until now. Therefore we can assure you that your climbing holidays in China will be an unforgettable memory.
-All our accommodation facilities in China have passed a special class check:
we have visited all these hotels, had a meeting with the managers and checked the rooms.
-If there are any problems with your hotel – or any other general problem -, you can call us during office hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile phone number in case of any emergencies.
-We also encourage you to evalute program including the hotel by filling out a qquestionnaire. Your ratings will be taken into consideration for future planning.
Board of Management
Our Director Frank Lenhardt has worked for almost two years as the general manager of a Chinese travel agency before founding the 'Intern National Business Exchange' agency. During his previous work he got a lot of experience concerning the needs of customers. Thereby he has developed high skills for dealing with the typical problems foreigners might face in China and the different ways of solving such problems.
Moreover, he is a big climbing fan himself. Knowing all the climbing guides in Qingdao personally, he can inform you about anything concerning climbing in the Shandong-Province. Besides, he can contact the guides directly in case of any problem.
Duan Yifan has developed high expertise in the field of human resource by leading an HR department in another agency with foreign clients in China for several years. Thus, she has gained a deep insight into the Chinese corporate culture. During her working experience she encountered a lot of problems which might come up during your stay. Therefore she knows exactly how to solve any of them.
She has graduated with an English major from the University of Shanghai and communicates with our clients in both Chinese and English fluently. Being born in Qingdao, she knows the mountains of this area very well.
